Tezekbay Yersultan Saltanatuly was born on November 13, 1999, in the city of Almaty.

Between 2006 and 2017, he received his secondary education, successfully graduating from Secondary School No. 149 in the Alatau district of Almaty.

From 2017 to 2021, he studied at the T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, graduating from the Faculty of Theater Arts with a degree in Drama Theater and Cinema Acting. Since 2021, he has been working as an actor at the State Puppet Theater.
