Suleimenova Elvira Maratbekkyzy was born on November 25 in 1978 in a state farm Shilikti of Zaysan city in the East Kazakhstan region. In 1994 after graduating republican stage-circus college in the name of Zh.Yelebekov and receiving a specialty of puppet show she was sent to work at state puppet theater.
