About the Performance:
An ordinary suitcase becomes a magical portal to the fascinating world of social media, where likes, followers, and an endless thirst for attention reign supreme. Here, everyone dreams of becoming popular, while genuine emotions increasingly give way to carefully crafted appearances. The characters embark on an exciting yet dangerous journey through a virtual kingdom, where they encounter the Queen of Likes, mysterious digital creatures, and challenges that help them discover what truly matters in life.
But this is not just a story about children. It is also a story about adults — about a mother who, without even realizing it, gradually replaces meaningful communication with her child with the screen of her phone. Lost in an endless stream of messages, news, and social media, she grows increasingly distant from her own son. Only when faced with the possibility of losing him does she realize that the most important words cannot be conveyed through a text message, and that no gadget can ever replace love.
«The Suitcase» is a modern fairy tale for children and adults about family, friendship, care, and responsibility towards one another. It is a performance about the importance of hearing the voice of someone you love amidst thousands of virtual voices and not losing touch with one another in the digital world.
