About the performance

Synopsis: This little book has no letters, but holds a wonderful world of colours, shapes, and sounds. As the actors turn its pages, paper images come to life, introducing young viewers to nature and the world around them. After the performance, which uses origami and kirigami techniques, children and parents are invited to play with paper and create a book of their own imagination.

About the theatre

Founded in 1928, Warsaw’s Baj Theatre is considered Poland’s oldest puppet theatre for children. Alongside traditional puppetry, the company develops new stage forms. Its work considers children’s developmental stages, stimulates their imagination, and introduces them to theatre. In addition to performances, the theatre offers educational programmes and productions for the very youngest audiences.
